• $1,500 per week (rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday).

• $1,800 per week (rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday).

Fall Rates (September 6-November 1, 2025)

• $1,500 per week (rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday)
• Fall Weekend Rates: Minimum stay of 2 nights = $600 for 2 nights ($300/night).

Check In and Check Out

• Summer Season (Saturdays): Check in is at 3 pm; check out by 11 am.
• Spring & Fall: flexible and by arrangement.

Booking Deposit

A deposit of half of the total cost of the rental is required to confirm your reservation. 

After the initial 5 days, your reservation will not be held until the deposit is received.  The remainder of the rental fee is due two weeks prior to the commencement of your rental period.

Damage Deposit

$200 (Must be post-dated two weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of check-out if cottage is left clean and tidy.)  

Cleaning Fee

A $100 fee will be charged against the Damage Deposit if cottage requires cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the commencement of the rental period, with a full refund.  After 30 days, if we are able to re-rent your time, you will receive a full refund.  If we are unable to re-rent your time, your rental deposit is forfeited.  If the balance of the rental fee is not received at least 10 days prior to the commencement of your rental period, we will cancel your reservation and your deposit is forfeited
