Spring Escape Season

April 25-June 27, 2026

A quieter time to enjoy Southampton — fewer crowds, peaceful beach walks, and relaxed weekends away.

• $1,595 per week (Saturday to Saturday).
• Weekend stays (minimum 2 nights): $250 per night
• 3 nights or more: $225 per night

Summer Season

June 27-September 5, 2026

Peak cottage season — ideal for beach days, family time, and enjoying everything Southampton has to offer.

• $2,100 per week (Saturday to Saturday)

Fall Getaway Season

September 5-November 1, 2026

Crisp air, fall colours, and cozy evenings by the fire — a perfect time for a peaceful escape.

• $1,895 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
• Weekend stays (minimum 2 nights): $325 per night
• 3 nights or more: $285 per night

Stay Details

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Summer rentals run Saturday to Saturday
• Spring & Fall stays are flexible

Booking & Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
• Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival
• Reservations are not held without a deposit

Damage Deposit

• $200 refundable deposit
• Returned within 14 days, provided the cottage is left clean and in good condition

Cleaning Fee

A $150 fee will be charged against the Damage Deposit if cottage requires cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the commencement of the rental period, with a full refund.  After 30 days, if we are able to re-rent your time, you will receive a full refund.  If we are unable to re-rent your time, your rental deposit is forfeited.  If the balance of the rental fee is not received at least 10 days prior to the commencement of your rental period, we will cancel your reservation and your deposit is forfeited
